discrimination in the work place, article trans suing sak's 5th ave, and Lesbian manager fired

this is what is happening behind the lines after policies are made!! it is not the policy or laws that are important as much as who implements and enforces the rules and laws. i personally know of a lesbian manager that was let go for a legit reason but the back drop was her female lover had aids. nothing has changed but how some people wrap it up for the public to see.

yes i have been on the receiving end in interviews, lack of interviews and even how temp agencies even in PDX screen you out without you knowing it. your higher education and vast sales experience in my case mean nothing because i wear a dress and not a suit. Her story is very real to me and many in the GLBT community. this is not a trans issue but an GLBT issue that will not go away ......
